what do I use to hang hanging swirl decorations from my ceiling?
My son is turning 1 tomorrow and i purchased "hanging Swirl" Decorations from party city to hang from my ceiling. I asked a couple clerks while in to store and wasnt to satisfied with their answers. they told me to "just use some tape". What can I use to keep the decorations from falling without having to use tape. I have a textured ceiling (that bumpy looking stuff) so i know it would take alot of tape in order to keep things inplace which would look a little tacky and ideas?
