Nothing signals the beginning of summer like Mayfair Festival of the Arts. This year the annual festival in Allentown returns to Cedar Beach today through Monday with more hands-on activities for kids and lots of family- friendly entertainment. KidSpace, with its distinctive (and climb-able) oversized letters, returns to the area near the creek with the KidStage open later until 8 p.m. all four days.
