If I'm defrosting meat in the fridge should I leave in still sealed in the plastic bag?
How long should it take for 600grams of lamb mince to defrost in the fridge? I've had it in the fridge since Saturday morning in its bag and want to cook with it tomorrow night. It is Sunday night now in Australia. The meat does not seem to have defrosted much so far.
it's a bit late now for an answer but being winter you can defrost out of the fridge
