How do you create stained glass window art with recycled plastic?
I am trying to simulate the look of real stained glass window designs, but I want to create the designs using recycled clear plastic like plastic from milk bottles etc. The plastic will be cut into designs and painted. I am teaching an art class at a school that it very low income and we recycle everything and I am trying to use resources that are available at the school. I need suggestions.
Try this 1.Choose a stain glass pattern 2. Cut out your pieces. 3. Glue together edges 4. Create lead line 5. Cut 1/2" off the tip of the grey/black acrylic caulking. You would do well to glue this to a sheet of plastic.... Good luck
