Children's Cartoon Series Help?
I am trying to remember a cartoon series that I watched that involved a young girl actress that wore a short cut neon pink wig, some strange super hero guy who loved doing gymnastics and would jump out of his air ship or something he looked like he wore a prosthetic rubber face with the typical huge cleft chin, and a similer bad guy, some other assorted animated or puppet charecters. I thought it was from the UK but I am not sure. Anyone know what that show was?
