What is the red heart sticker I'm seeing on cars all over NC?
I have seen, on multiple cars, this little red heart sticker on people's back windshields. I want to say it has a little yellow scroll on it but I'm not sure. I know this is a stupid question but it's driving me crazy, lol!!!!! Any ideas? I live in NW North Carolina.
