Need help to identify 2 medals, possibly Masonic?

I purchased at a garage sale 2 medals, both attached to a ribbon each and the 2 ribbons attached to a metal badge with name Courtenay Luck No.169. The medal on the right has a Black Enameled Cross with gold outline with 4 smaller black crosses, one in each corner of the large cross. Above the cross is a Eagle with a Crown above. This medal is attached to a white or beige colored silk ribbon. The other medal is also a fancy looking red enameled cross with gold color outline with a 2 items crossed/attached over the top in silver. In the red enamel there is a gold 'P' in the centre with 'I' above, 'S' to the right, 'V' under, 'H' to the left. There is a gold crown above and medal is attached to a purple silk ribbon. This set looks very old. Unfortunately the person i purchased them from knew nothing about them. Cheers, Bruno

The second is almost certainly the Red Cross of Constantine, or RCC - the highest degree of York Rite Masonry. Does it look like this? http://www.yorkrite.com/clipart/RCC.htm The first sounds like it could be the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite. Does the eagle have two heads?
