Halloween party ideas?
I'm having a Halloween party this year and i want my flat to look cool not tacky. its for adults, im thinking lots of spider webs and red lights with some door hangings and a couple of pumpkins, lights are the key i think. maybe some black and orange paper spirals. does anyone have any kinda cheap ways of decorating a Halloween party relatively cheap.
