who else gets really annoyed by color associations?
you know like if its a blue and purple painting then every one is like "oh u must have been sad" or black and orange = Halloween red and green = Christmas. these color associations are destroying my artist vision!
Do a painting mixed with different color associations and make it intense. Intense enough to have someone ask you what it means. As long as you know what the hell it means then who cares about color association. There are artists that make MILLIONS and are famous for just drawing a line or an arrow...F**ck close-minded people, noone ever will understand TRUE artists
