Weird monster face stickers in Sumter, SC?
So I live in Sumter and there are all these weird stickers placed randomly on public property. Most are a black background with a white monster face. Some are of Asian-looking children holding the box with the monster face. I've been trying to figure out what in the world this is advertising, or for, or who did it, or anything really. Help!
