what is my coin worth?
I have this big coin that i think is a franklin mint christmas coin. It says 1966 and has angels on one side with the words "adestes fideles laeti triumphamtes" and on the other side it says "natum videte regem angelorum" im pretty sure its only worth its weight in silver so if anyone could tell me that then id be happy.
It's a medal, not a coin. According to my Franklin Mint guide, 27,727 of the 'Angels' medal were made. It is nickel silver, which is 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc, so the only silver is in the name. Value is whatever you can get for it. It would be worth the most if it came with whatever original packaging it had. There is one such Angels medal that sold recently on eBay for about $9 total price including shipping.
