DIY Christmas ornaments.?

i have this 30 cm high Christmas tree and i have these old bulbs from Christmas lights so i want to make a efficient DC Christmas light. if you don't have any answer to the one above, please show me how to make mini ornaments for the x-mas tree.I love the environment thats why i'm lookin' for DIY stuff to do and make.

I made these DIY ornaments last year. They were easy to make and the cost wasnt much either.
