A cute/colorful halloween costume for a teen girl?
I'm always something scary on halloween (witch, vampire, dead pirate ect.) so I want to try something more girly this year. I've thought about butterfly, fairy or circus performer; something colorful, cute and pretty and not funny nor scary. My parents don't really care if it's kinda revealing but nothing slutty, please. Any idea's? btw, I'm making my costume =]. thank you
