I need help w/ my 19 mth toddler?
I have two costumes I want her to be for Halloween, mini mouse or a fairy. Give me any other suggestions. Last year she was a mouse. So that wasn't the question. Didn't want to waste points. lol lol.. anyways.. She has always been mommy's little girl. About two weeks ago, she just decided to hate me. I asked her something.. her reply is no, mine, or give me. She doesn't listen to me. If her dad tells her to give it to me, she will. If he tells her no, she won't do it. She won't allow me to hold her, but she allows him to hold her. I'm actually very hurt about this. Is it normal? Am I doing something wrong? Oh, btw, she never liked her father either til weeks ago. Help?
My son went thru this for about a week. then he went back to hating dad. He won't let dad do anything and LOVES mommy again. This will probably chagne again too. It's all a phase. Don't take it personally. Don't take it harshly. Just go with the flow. It's all her way of trying to "control" her world.
