Okay a simile uses "like" or "as." So I'll try. 1. They eye of a monster is as evil as the pits of Hell. 2. The distant sound of battle was like a dull roar. 3. Waking the dog would be as dangerous as waking a dragon asleep on a mound of treasure. 4. The plane was distant like an ancient ship skimming the waves. 5. The penny on the ground shone as bright as a sword shining in a dark forest. 6. The glittering stars are bright like her eyes. 8. The mood of the cafeteria was like a feasting hall lit with a hundred torches. 7. (sorry out of order) We stumbled on a ghost town, like a deserted village. 9. The glitter was as glittery as the snowy fields in moonlight. 10. Her eyes were as dark as a stagnant pool. Hope that helps!
