Can I insert candy inside an ornament?

hey guys! So for christmas this year, I wanted to give several of my friends the round glitter ornaments with their names painted on them. As a little extra suprise, I wanted to put M&Ms inside! I thought it would be cute, especially with a little bow on top! My one concern is, is it possible that I can put the candy inside? Please let me know!

It depends on whether you mean one of the 2-part balls that snap open & snap closed again, like this: http://factorydirectcraft.com/catalog/products/1302_2026_1302_1039-4787-80mm_clear_acrylic_fillable_ball_ornament.html?utm_source=googlep&utm_medium=gpfeed&utm_campaign=gpfeed If so, yes, you can fill them with anything. Even plastic ornaments that don't snap together can probably be filled by pulling off the hanger top and putting tiny candies in them. Now, if the balls are GLASS ornaments, you should not try to fill them. Removing the hanger top can cause the ornament to shatter, the neck to break, etc. - and the weight of the candies might make it break too.
