Basically I'm being given $5000 to throw the fanciest party possible. My theme is Fire and Ice, and I've been trying to look up any sites or catalogs that sell icicles of about 3ft in length to hang from the ceiling of a hotel ballroom. Any one know a site/catalog where I can go about buying some paper/plastic or even glass icicles?
