What kind of make-up with a cobalt blue dress?
I have olive skin, green eyes and light brownish blonde hair. the dress is cobalt blue and fairly simple it crosses in the back and is a v-neck in the front. This is for homecoming...what kind of eye make up should i wear? colors? thanks. :)
Your dress is sort of a dark color so smokey eyes and keep the lips nude, pink since your dress is already dark with a nice shimmery pink blush. Oh and don't forget to give your hair some nice, soft, romantic curls to really get some attention and some dangling/chandelier earrings. =)
