Business Card's Your Secret Weapon

Cheap Business cards have been around in one form or another for a long time and are commonly found in business circles. The humble business card started out as trade cards and was also used as a type of early advertising and commonly included a map to with directions to the merchant’s store. Today business card is something that every business has on hand, as it is an important marketing source.

Your card is a powerful tool. Your business cards needs to be designed in such a way as to provide your name, address, contact numbers and list the services you provide in a well designed eye catching way.

When creating a business card with photo try to use glossy paper to ensure once it is printed the card looks as good as what he had on the computer. If you are disappointed with the result of the photo colour gone wrong how can you expect your clients not to be.

When designing your card if you plan on including background colour or images make sure that all images and text, is at least 3mm from the edge of the card. Or that the papers you use has allows for gaps between the cards as this will make up for the unavoidable elusiveness printer paper system. Be warned of printer imprecision's which can destroy the look of your card and you will have to start from the beginning again.

Many times Glossy paper is not a good choice if you are using a laser printer as this could damage your printer. But the better looking your business card is, the more likely it is that people will keep it as a reference and the better for you and your business.

There are many ways for you to distributing your cards. Many cheap business cards are handed out during meetings, conventions, tradeshow but if you get creative you can also place them in and with your products, sending out the cards amongst products or staple or tie them to the product that has been gift wrapped.

Your business card can be your best salesman and partner, always have a few on hand as you never know where your next customer is going to come from, you need to know how to utilize these possibility to your advantage.
