typical are plastic kit models of aircraft - you have a solid form filled with the polystyren, you add pressure and ??? result is that you have the shaped components for the aircraft model. you need the form that is shaped like the object you want to manufacture and resistant to high pressure, you need material that is possible to fill into the form, a pressure supply and something to make the material react and keep the shape after removal of the form.
