Try using some muscle relaxants, nothing major, chocolate also has this property, just don't eat too much of it. Also bear in mind that the reason your legs fall "asleep" is because of the lack of blood circulating through them, so try to avoid crossing your legs.
Long haul flights can take quite a heavy strain on your body, and another good way to cope is actually to try and get some sleep. If you can get a good few hours sleep on a long flight, then your body will relax and shut down slightly, meaning that you don’t require to pump as much blood around your body. Sleeping is a great muscle and mind relaxant.
